IBC is participating in this program on the behalf of clients wishing to submit the additional Data Elements. CBP will use the Data to evaluate this information so as to improve the review and release of the Sec. 321 qualified shipments.   The additional data will allow CBP to target high-risk shipments, including narcotics, and other health and safety items. Participants engaged in e-commerce for this trial can include carriers, brokers, freight forwarders and on line marketplaces.
