Joseph F. Costigan, President

Mr. Costigan has been with IBC since founding the company in 1979. His 40+ years of experience in the transportation services started with Shulman Airfreight in 1966, and continued with various airfreight, courier, and brokerage companies until starting IBC.

Joseph's vast experience in the courier, mail, cargo, and brokerage fields has been the cornerstone of the company's success — making him a valuable resource in the management and leadership of the company to this day.

Sara F. Zeidman, Vice President, Business Development

Throughout her career at IBC, Sara has always held key positions. She started out as the Director of Sales and Marketing, a position she held for several years, before assuming additional responsibilities in general management as Director for the Caribbean and European regions. Prior to joining IBC, she also held general and operations management positions at IML, before it was acquired by UPS, and at Quick International.

Sara currently sits on the International Committee and US Customs Subcommittee of the XLA (formerly the Air Courier Conference of America). Ms. Zeidman received a B.A. with honors from Duke University.

Ed Weissman, Vice President, Sales

Since May 2000, Ed has held the VP Sales post for IBC. His 14 years of international mailing experience as Director of World Mail Services with DHL Worldwide Express poised him to be an impactful leader of the growing IBC sales department.

Industries exhibiting a need for innovative international mail solutions — printers, publishers, fulfillment companies, direct marketing companies, and colleges and universities — as well as any company which mails invoices overseas, are Ed's specialty. These clients often look to Mr. Weissman and his staff for customized products involving Mail Plus, Postal Exchange, Direct Injection, and IBC's Courier Service, the success of which he has helped shape over his tenure with IBC.

Kevin T. Sampson, Treasurer

Starting as IBC's Controller in 1985, Kevin assumed the Treasurer position at IBC in 2001. Before joining IBC, Mr. Sampson practiced accountancy in the public accounting sector for eight years. He received his B.S. from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Roberto Moreno, Vice President, Latin Trade Development

Roberto came aboard IBC early in the company's history, starting out as an on-board courier, and later moving into management, first as Station Manager in Miami, then as Regional Manager, Latin America. In 2001, Roberto was again promoted to his current position, where he plays a decisive role in IBC's key market.

For over 24 years, his experience in Latin business and courier services have paid great dividends for IBC and its clients.

Edward Kohler, Vice President, Jet Mail Services, Inc.

As its founder, Ed Kohler has been a leading influence on all facets of Jet Mail's success for the past 14 years. Before heading up Jet Mail, Mr. Kohler was General Manager at PDS/Worldwide for five years.

His 18-year tract in the industry has focused on Domestic Mail, Fulfillment, and Distribution, primarily with commercial printers, marketing companies, financial institutions, the educational arena, and the travel industry.

Gregory King, Chief Information Officer

Greg King joined the Company in October 1990. Mr. King served as Director, Management Information Services for several years before becoming the Company's Chief Information Officer. For a year and half prior to joining IBC, Mr. King was a Partner in Collegiate Consulting, part of which time IBC was a client. Previously he was the Assistant Director, Management Information Services for ATX Telecommunications, where he worked for a year and a half.

The architect of IBC's proprietary PACTRAKTM system, Mr. King received a B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from the Wharton School.

Robert W. Basista, Chief Financial Officer

After five years as the company's outside auditor while working as a Certified Public Accountant, Bob Basista came on board IBC in 1993 as Assistant Controller. Since then, Bob earned the Controller position, and ultimately, the CFO post that he holds today. With more than 25 years as an accounting professional, Mr. Basista's financial experience offers the leadership and guidance to help achieve IBC's corporate objectives.

Bob received his B.A. from State University of New York at Stony Brook, and his M.B.A. from Hofstra University.

Mark Landolt, Vice President Operations, IBC Airways, Inc.

Mark Landolt started as a Line Pilot for IBC Airways in July of 1998. Two months later, he was appointed Chief Pilot. Mark held this position as IBC Airways grew from two aircraft to the present thirteen. In November 2006, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Mark has over 17,000 hours of flight time, most of which was earned piloting international passengers and cargo. Mr. Landolt brings to his position a broad based and practical body of experience, having overseen the training of all IBC flight crews as well as the servicing of all major integrators.
